All fabrics sold by Fabric Frog are made to order and cut specifically to the quantity requested by the customer.

We make every effort to display product colours and designs as accurately as possible, however colours may vary depending on your screen or device settings.

Because fabric is cut to order:

  • Orders cannot usually be cancelled once production/cutting has begun
  • Minor colour variations between print runs may occur
  • Placement of pattern motifs may vary depending on cut

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

We may cancel orders due to:

  • Product availability issues
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect information provided
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, or import fees unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

4. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk passes to the customer once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Because our fabrics are made to order, we only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
